ABOUT PLOTDIG · BUILT IN FLORIDA
Property research shouldn’t begin with a scavenger hunt. We’re building a clearer way to find the records, understand the gaps and get back to the work that matters.
WHY WE CREATED PLOTDIG

A property has one address. Its records can be scattered across county offices, city portals, state databases and federal maps. Each system has its own identifiers, search tools and blind spots.
For the people working on a transaction or a development project, finding a record is only half the job. You also need to know where it came from, how it matches the property and what still hasn’t been checked.
PlotDig brings a real-estate attorney’s perspective together with a systems engineer’s approach to that problem. We created it to make fragmented research easier to follow, not to hide the complexity behind a confident answer.
Our goal is simple: a property file you can explore, question and trace back to its sources. Less time stitching together tabs and screenshots. More time applying your judgment.
Keep the record, its dates and its official reference close to the fact.
Missing, unchecked and inconclusive are different things. None means “clear.”
Give professionals useful context without pretending to replace their expertise.
